2. Content Protection
   To protect the integrity and copyright of the materials, all Test Banks are encrypted and secured with password protection. This security feature prevents any copying, editing, or unauthorized alterations of the document.

3. Usage Restrictions
   By purchasing our Test Banks, you agree to use the content for personal, non-commercial study purposes only. You are expressly prohibited from:

   • Copying or extracting any text, images, or other content from the document.

4. Refund Policy

   Exceptions to the Refund Policy:
   Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

   • Major Defect: If there is a major defect with the file you received, and we are unable to resolve the issue after attempting to provide support, a refund will be issued.

   • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same Test Bank more than once, a refund for the duplicated order will be issued.

   All refund requests must be submitted within [10] days of purchase, and each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
